Amy Feng, managing partner and founding partner of Wu, Feng & Zhang, is an attorney-at-law and patent attorney, and a standing committee member of AIPPI’s Biotech/Pharmaceutical Committee (formerly co-chair). She has 25 years of practice, specializing in all phases of patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, FTO analysis, patent litigation and counseling, and trademark registration and litigation in the technical fields of biotech, pharmaceutical, organic chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, and medical devices. Ms. Feng has been representing innovative companies and has been leading counsel in many cases against generic companies in pharmaceutical and biotech fields. One case handled by Ms. Feng concerning validity of a Chinese patent has been selected as a representative case by the Supreme People’s Court of China. Another infringement case handled by Ms. Feng has been selected as a representative case by the China Lawyers Association.
