Overview

Dan Chen is a partner at Fairsky Law Office, where he leads the firm’s trademark practice. She has 27 years’ experience in counselling clients on China trademark, anti-unfair competition and copyright laws. She has helped many businesses in the fields of trademark registration, disputes, licensing and transfer, infringement investigation, administrative enforcement and civil litigation. Her clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, benefit from her in-depth knowledge and responsive services in preventing risks and resolving disputes in IP fields, as well as in portfolio management.

Ms Chen has been invited to speak at many international and regional conferences, workshops and panel discussions, including the European Communities Trademark Association Annual Conference, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property Annual Conference, the American Bar Association Spring Conference and several USPTO China IP road show sessions.

After working successively at two giant IP firms in China and chairing the US liaison office for five years, she joined Fairsky in 2019 to implement her unique service model of higher interaction with clients and deeper participation in strategy making.
