Ms. Deland Wu is a partner at Lung Tin Intellectual Property Agent Ltd., where she is manager of the trademark and copyright department. Ms. Wu is very experienced in trademark applications, trademark oppositions, invalidation, litigation, layout and analysis of strategic brand programs, and particularly in dealing with sophisticated administrative or litigation cases. She has had a significant impact with her strong expertise in multiple cases she has handled.
