Overview
Mr. Jiancheng Jiang began to practice IP law at China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd., where he had been promoted to the post of assistant general manager responsible for all patent-related affairs before resigning to found Peksung. In 2003, he founded Peksung Intellectual Property Ltd.
Mr. Jiang is especially experienced in the fields of biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and organic chemistry. Mr. Jiang is registered to practice before the Chinese Patent Office and is admitted to the Chinese Bar. He was vice president of FICPI China and vice president of ACPAA (All-China Patent Attorneys Association).
