Ms. Ping Sui is very experienced in the Chinese legal system, ranging from application and prosecution, invalidation and litigation for trademarks, copyrights, domain names and Customs recordation matters. Her major clients include: Macy’s, Marc Jacobs, KUKA, Gulf Oil, KAMAN, Halliburton, Alice + Olivia, Buffalo, United Overseas Bank, etc.

Since 2010, Ms. Sui has successfully handled a lot of complicated trademark dispute cases. She has especially well-safeguarded her clients’ interests in many administrative complaint, litigation and infringement litigation cases.

In 2020, Ms. Sui was awarded as "Gold Trademark Service Individual" by the China Trademark Association.
