Monica leads the Commercial IP team of the firm and routinely advises clients across sectors. Monica is a contract advisory, negotiation & drafting specialist with experience in advising clients across a gamut of sectors such as IT/ITES/ BPO Sector, Music, M&E, Publishing Industry, Hospitality Industry, Telecom Industry, Healthcare. Monica has also focused on supporting client requirements on IP licensing (including content licensing), transferring technology and technology procurement, outsourcing arrangements, acquisition, and franchising. Monica is a highly ranked counsel and was recently recognized among “Managing IP Top 250 Women in IP”.
