Overview

Rahul is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Beruar & Beruar and leads the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. Rahul’s practice focuses on IP enforcement for domestic and global industry leaders, including trademark, copyright, patent and design, domain name disputes and IP litigation. In addition to offering effective and efficient dispute resolution services, Rahul is also known for providing novel and comprehensive protection as well as commercialization strategies complementing the client’s business needs. 

Over the last two decades, he has advised both domestic and international clients, spanning across various industry sectors including automotive, pharma, Hospitality, Logistics, luxury brands inter alia, as well as Fortune 200 companies and conducted multiple enforcement campaigns across India. Rahul has also spearheaded several anti-piracy campaigns on behalf of software and publishing giants, resulting in over 500 civil/criminal proceedings across the country and has been reported as “One of the best copyright lawyer equipped to handle civil as well as criminal enforcement of Copyright” by the Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) IP Handbook.
