Overview

Rajiv Suri is a partner with RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys. Mr Suri has a degree in Science, specialising in Chemistry. Mr Suri obtained a law degree in 1994 and has since practised as an Advocate. Mr Suri has more than 25 years of post-qualification experience, with vast and an extensive experience at handling both contentious and non-contentious issues relating to intellectual property/commercial laws. Mr Suri regularly advises clients on strategies involving a wide range of intellectual property matters and managing corporate portfolios across various industries. He has also dealt extensively in vetting commercial agreements relating to foreign collaborations and joint ventures, as well as related royalty payment and licensing issues including third party/vendor contracts. Mr Suri has been a member of two INTA Sub-committees i.e., 1) Famous and Well-Known Marks and 2) Non-Traditional Trade Marks. He has also authored and co-authored articles for leading legal publications and been a speaker at both international and national events. Mr Suri has been recognized as being one amongst “Recommended lawyers - Trademark Prosecution/Litigation” – by Leaders League Intelligence Report & Directory Series, years 2017, 2018 & “Highly Recommended” for 2020. His name also appears as a ranked prosecution lawyer by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) 2019 and in the list of World’s Leading Trademarks professionals by World Trademarks Review (WTR) for the year 2020.
