She assists clients in devising effective enforcement and lawsuit strategies, and has successfully represented several domestic and international clients in domain name administrative proceedings under the INDRP and UDRP. She currently serves as co-chair of the INTA Bulletin Asia Pacific Subcommittee. She has previously served as an editor of The Trademark Reporter. She is frequently invited as a speaker and India expert at various national and international fora; she frequently writes for the INTA Bulletin and contributes to international practice-oriented white papers and reports. She is also a member of other international associations for intellectual property, including the IPO, APAA, and PTMG. Ms Ehtesham has a deep-rooted commitment to diversity and under her leadership, more than 50% of her firm’s members are now women.
