Jordan Keong Ming Wai is the founder and managing partner of Ming & Partners, a boutique law firm in Kuala Lumpur with four partners practising in different areas of commercial law. Other than being a practising lawyer in Malaysia, Ming Wai is also a registered trademark agent. He has also further pursued his education with a Diploma in International Arbitration (DIA).
Ming Wai acts in disputes resolutions involving intellectual property, technology, corporate litigation and construction. Ming Wai also specialises in corporate advisory works for intellectual property and technology, corporate restructuring as well as construction matters. Being an IP practitioner, Ming Wai has been involved with various inbound and outbound IP prosecutions as well as IP infringement matters.
Ming Wai was listed as “Rising Star, Intellectual Property” and “Next Generation Lawyers, Intellectual Property” by Legal 500 Asia Pacific (Malaysia) in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
