Overview

Jolene Wang is a founder and CEO of Lexcel Partners IP. With more than 30 years of experience in intellectual property, Wang handles all aspects of IP protection, mainly focusing on IP prosecution including patents and trademarks, opposition and cancellation proceedings, consultation on licensing, IP dispute resolution, and supporting IP litigation, as well as rendering opinions on IP issues. She worked for many years for a leading IP firm in Taiwan, where she successfully represented both local and multinational clients across various industries in numerous IP cases.

Wang is executive director of the Taiwan Trademark Association (TTA), and a board director of the Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Association (APIPA). She is also an advisor of the Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (TIPA), which is a virtual training institution fully supported by the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO), where she assists in proposing IP training programs and activities. Due to her long-standing experience in IP, she was also invited as a member of the Committee of Patent Examination Quality by TIPO.
