Overview

Victor Lee is the managing partner and CEO of the firm. He is the head of the legal division which comprises of the trademark prosecution section. In addition to being a qualified patent attorney, Lee is seasoned in assisting domestic and multinational corporations in resolving IP, licensing and employment contract disputes, as well as real property issues. He also has a wide expertise in litigating patent, trademark and copyright cases before the IP court. Under his supervision, the experienced litigators at Tsai, Lee & Chen have won many landmark cases relating to patents, trademark and trade dress issues, which have frequently been selected as reference cases by the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office.

Lee has been continuously nominated and recognized as reputable IP lawyer by professional media. He has both LL.B and LL.M degrees from Taiwan. He is an arbitrator and the director of the Taiwan Group of Asia Patent Attorneys Association. He was the Secretary General of the Taiwan Patent Attorneys Association (TWPAA) and the Secretary General of the Taiwan Group of Asia Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). He was a lecturer at the Seeding Teacher and Professional Training Academy for TIPO and a law clerk at Taiwan Supreme Court.
