Overview

Kritsana's reputaiton in the IP industry has been growing exponentially; he was recently elected by his peers to a third term on the ASEAN IPA Thailand Committee, and elected to serve as a member of the APAA Trademark committee. After many years of volunteer service to the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand (IPAT), he has now been appointed General Secretary of the organization.

He is a favorite among clients, who respect his work ethic and solid advice. Many of Satyapon & Partners' recent new major local clients are a direct result of his hard work. He has become adept at overcoming refulsals issued against Madrid applications designating Thailand, and the firm is experiencing a huge influx of new matters as a direct result of his reputation for sound advice and strategy to overcome the rejections. He heads the firm's extremely busy trademark department, overseeing an enormous volume of prosecution, office actions, and responses while concurrently heading the litigation team at Satyapon & Partners. Just last year, he was the team lead for the largest patent seizure in Thai history on behalf of a Japanese Fortune 500 client.
